IDT Peru Engineering SAC is a company dedicated to the supply, installation and maintenance of fire detection and extinction systems, electronic security and automation, having as main clients industrial companies, mining, retail, commercial buildings, among others; of which we adapt your security philosophy, health health, environment, quality and anti bribery committing us to:

• Comply with the current legal requirements and other applicable signs; referring to quality, environment, security, health at work and anti -over, applicable to IDT Peru Engineering SAC.
• Develop services with guidance to the satisfaction of the needs and expectations of the interested parties of IDT Peru Engineering SAC.
• Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injury and deterioration of the health of our workers, contractors and visitors related to work, including the prevention and sanction of sexual harassment.
• Eliminate dangers and reduce the risks related to safety and health at work as possible.
• Promote the consultation and participation of collaborators in the Integrated Management System.
• Prohibit any act or attempted bribery in the exercise of our activities since we are aware that this bad practice erodes justice, undermines good corporate governance and hinders business development.
• Through the corresponding channels, promote and attend the concerns presented in good faith before facts or suspicious behaviors related to activities of the organization, guaranteeing that there are no reprisals in the face of the reports made.
• Through the designated compliance function, it supervises the design, implementation and maintenance of the Anti -Born Management System, ensuring its effectiveness with total authority and functional independence in the entity.
• Protect the environment, prevent contamination and other specific commitments relevant to the context of IDT Peru Engineering SAC.
• Integrate all the management systems of IDT Peru Engineering SAC.
• Meet the requirements of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Anti Bribery).
• Continuously improve the integrated management system and its performance.

This policy provides a reference framework for the establishment of GIS objectives and is available for the interested parties of IDT Peru Engineering SAC. All breach of the commitments given in this document will be sanctioned as appropriate by senior management and as established in the Code of Ethics of the Organization.

The scope of the Integrated Management System, under the International Standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018, that the company IDT PERU INGENIERIA SAC has defined, corresponds to:

“Preparation of technical-economic proposals for supply, installation and maintenance services of fire detection and extinction systems, electronic safety and automation.”

CLAUSE 8.3 DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICES IN ISO 9001: 2015 is not considered applicable because in technical and commercial management activities the installation of services (plans) is not designed only quantifies the elements to be used and markets the service.

The scope of the Integrated Management System, corresponding to the Anti -Boarding Management System, under the International Standard ISO 37001: 2016, that the IDT Peru Engineering SAC has defined, corresponds to:

“Supply, installation and maintenance services of fire detection and extinction systems, electronic safety and automation..”

The scope of the anti bribe management system applies to all the organizations processes (strategic - operation - support)
